The Cottages are a cozy neighborhood of
12 cabins, thoughtfully arranged within a former horse corral, now one of Moonrise Valley’s most charming communal stays.
Each ~200 sq ft cottage sleeps two and features our signature convertible bed system (two twins or PUSHED TOGETHER king) plus windowed doors and oversized windows for natural light and fresh air.
At the heart of Half Moon Corral is a shared fire pit and hot tub, perfect for star-gazing and late-night gatherings. Just steps away, The Stable offers outdoor showers, lounge areas, and additional amenities for connection and relaxation.
Originally built for horses, Half Moon Corral is now a design-forward
micro-village ideal for weddings, retreats, & group weekends seeking both privacy and community.

Tucked above the main hub, the Moonrise Valley Starry Nights Campgrounds offer a peaceful, spacious setting designed for true outdoor living. Nestled beneath mature trees and woven through natural rock formations, the space feels immersive, private, and deeply connected to the landscape.
Gently sloping clearings and shaded pockets create room to spread out while staying part of the collective experience. With capacity for 200+ tents and multiple RVs, it’s ideal for festivals, retreats, and large gatherings that need scale without sacrificing serenity.
Four outdoor showers and 36 electrical hookups make off-grid adventure comfortable and effortless. Removed from the noise but close to the lake and venues below, it’s camping—elevated, social, and intentionally designed.
